Something to Sing About!

Melodia, formerly Melodia Monday, is a Kingston and area mixed voice adult chamber choir. They specialize in acappella music, but are equally at home singing accompanied.​ Melodia began with a group of friends, who loved singing, gathering around the kitchen table of Doug and Sue Routledge near Gananoque. The vibrant and enthusiastic group attracted more and more singers over the years and is now a select choir of 28 members. Doug was the director for many years. Although now retired from directing, his velvet baritone voice is the foundation of the men's section. Melodia's present Artistic Director is Saskatchewan born composer and educator, Stella ter Hart.
